The Islekhöhe is also the perfect starting point for long hikes through the Southern Eifel. Skittles is one of the oldest and most popular leisure activities. Whether old or young, a skittles club, hikers or families: a good dose of fun is guaranteed on our skittles alley. Enjoy a round of skittles, improve your personal results and try and knock over all nine skittles in one go – what we call “alle Neune” in German!

Charming villages, impressive churches and numerous inns await you along the trails, inviting you to linger and relax.
In the area surrounding Krautscheid you will find a range of hiking trails for different fitness levels. A Premium Deluxe hiking trail is also in the immediate vicinity. Choose between half-day and full-day tours, explore the area on your own, or join a guided hike to enjoy a special kind of nature-loving experience.
